Through the medium of beautiful, full-colour illustrations and visual puzzles (spot the individual lilies), the author shows the young reader, in a light-hearted and humorous way, how love of nature can sometimes lead inadvertently to its destruction. Woolly Wendy, an Urdd member as the badge on her rucksack shows, fortunately sees the last lily in the nick of time and becomes its guardian. This is a story which will be enjoyed by young readers and parents alike. It is also available in Big Book format.
