A gripping near-future thriller by a new author. The novel follows a woman who has the ability to jumps to any point in her life, as she tries to find out who's trying to kill her.

Nofel wyddonias gan awdures newydd yn dilyn hanes gwraig sydd â'r gallu i neidio i unrhyw gyfnod yn ei bywyd, wrth iddi geisio darganfod pwy sy'n ceisio ei lladd.
In Falling by Debbie Moon, we are presented with a future which is both dream and nightmare. For those who fit in there is comfort and security in perfectly bio-engineered bodies living in bubble-suburbs dispersed across the land. For those who don't, there are the exciting but perilously decaying cities where they can do and be anything - except safe. From among these misfits comes Jude, the ReTracer: a gene-freak who can jump to any point in her own time-line. This makes her precious as a security tool of the powerful but personally trapped into always revising her life, never living for herself. At the opening she is in mortal danger and her desperate quest to find and thwart her enemies sends her to re-visit crucial moments of her life.

This is a sizzling thriller, racing through a truly imaginative landscape. It is also a bleakly comic social satire and gender-blending love story which involves us in the kaleidoscope of Jude's experience and leads us to care for her streetwise, cynical and courageous surviving self. Almost inevitably the ending is sudden, perhaps difficult to take in, but the journey is fascinating.
